Where are you based? Can I come into a store?
We are based out of Miami,Florida but don’t yet have a storefront. All of our clothes are currently available online for purchase.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can pay your order via PayPal or you can use any mayor credit card.
How long will delivery take?
Orders ship the following business day the order is originally placed, unless the pieces you have ordered are in back order. If so, you will receive an email giving you an estimated delivery date for your order. For pre-sales or waiting list sales, you will receive an email with an estimated ship date.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All your information is secure and private. We will never sell any of your information nor will we willingly expose your financial information.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice via email, once your order is processed. Please keep your invoice in case you have any questions regarding your order. You will also get a printed copy of your invoice with your shipped order.
Where are the clothes made?
The clothes are made in several factories in the US and Colombia. All great, clean facilities that are family owned and run and are ethical. We are strong believers we get what we put out, so we like to keep it all clean and good all around.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders for residents of Florida and any other state that require us to do so. We do not charge tax on international orders.
Are you accepting wholesale orders?
Yes we are! If you would like to learn more about wholesale orders, or would like to carry Outplay at your store, please write to us at email@example.com.
